“For this Hotel to be in the middle of a suburban town you would think the Hotel would be a lot more cleaner, upscale and well maintained. It most certainly was not”

“The property was under renovation and still taking reservations. Maybe the new owner will be better to deal with in the future. Still have not received my FULL refund as promised.”

“The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. The furnishings, however, need an update. The regular rooms did not include a microwave. The TV had to be unplugged to turn it off. The shower supplies needed replenishment, water pressure was lacking, and regulating the water temp difficult. We were expecting better from Fairfield.”
